The property and rooms were beautiful but due to lack of air conditioning or fans 3 out of 5 rooms were musty and the sheets were damp or wet. Staff were very friendly and courteous and there was a fee for beverages. We were travelling with someone with mobility issues and trying to secure transportation was very difficult and time consuming.

Expedia have the property as a Pay Later, the booking was confirmed, when I arrive to the property there was no confirmarion because they didn't receive any money, and they didn't have any room available. So I understand that the property for confirmation requires an advance payment which was not an option that was given to me. Other properties contact you, with these one, it never happened.

Gran estancia en el lugar, únicamente consideramos que la iluminación en la habitación era deficiente y el sistema hidroneumático pareciera no funcionar correctamente pues envía el agua con pausas. En el área de regadera fue complicado encontrar en el maneral el lugar exacto para que el agua saliera tibia, o salía muy fría o muy caliente.

Sinceramente mi expectativa era muy alta, nos toco epoca de lluvias y el cuarto tenia goteras, nos hicieron cambio de habitación pero nuestras cosas se mojaron el tiempo que estuvo lloviendo q estuvimos fuera de la habitación. El Hotel no ofrecio ningun tipo de compensación. El lugar de estacionamiento es complicado de accesar. Tienen muchas areas en la q deben de trabajar.
