Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
On the day you check out, please: -Ensure that all the used dishes are washed and returned to their places. -Leave used towels in the bathtub. -Leave used beds unmade.
-Tie used trash bags and throw in dumpster in driveway. Please add trash from bedrooms, restroom, and desk area. (Additional bags are under the kitchen sink)
-Return space heaters to their places. (under kitchen sink or in bathroom) -Remotes should be left on top in bowl on the hope chest. -Please flip the front and back porch lights ON before you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
