I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Quito - a short walk to the Basilica and the old town. The breakfast was great, your choice of eggs and the best coffee! The restaurant also serves dinner prepared in traditional style. Well worth taking the opportunity to dine here as well. We had a late arrival and the hotel arranged for a taxi for us on arrival. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The best value!

The personals are so nice and helpful. The location is the best, situated between Mariscals and the historical area (walking distance) anh access to metro & bus is just at the corner. The price is reasonable. The food is typical and very good. I will go back there if i have a chance to visit Quito again. Recommend 100%.

The owner of this property was always ever ready to help with any question or concern we had. We loved staying at this property. Owner is very helpful along the way. We are very satisfied with Ivvone and the way she supported. My daughter was sick one time and she was amazingly stayed with us and helped align the way. We loved they breakfast they serve in the morning and they are very flexible. EXCELLENT BOUTIQUE HOTEL WITH GREAR STAFF!

The hotel is just as shown. Really a neat place. Our room was quite large. The beds were great and the shower was better than we have at home. A great breakfast every morning at the street level in the restaurant. The coffee was the best we have had. Latte, Cafe con Leche, Cappucino, ect. We ate at the restaurant for dinner 2 nights out of 3. It was actually really good to explore the city all day, come back to the hotel and relax for a bit and then go downstairs for a late dinner. The food is fantastic. I also want to say all the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. We checked very early and we were given a bag lunch for the bus trip.

Every room is unique and different, from layout to decor. Some are definitely quieter than others. We found Macchu Pichu to be much quieter, which was better for me at night. The staff (Santiago, Maria, Kim, and others) are friendly and incredibly helpful, providing assistance whenever needed. Breakfast is tasty and includes freshly cooked eggs as you like them. They serve lunch and dinner as well, for very reasonable prices. This was a great place to stay in Quito, and we would definitely return.

Enjoyed our stay here. No problem checking in after a late night arrival in Quito. Comfortable room, helpful service. It is right off of a main drag in the city though, so the morning traffic gets to be noisy early on the weekdays.

Good New Hotel in the City

We stay here January 2019. This place apparently had just opened a couple of months earlier. The couple who own it are very nice and hospitable. Breakfast was awesome, eggs, fruit, bread, juice, yogurt, granola. There was no ac and the only complaint is the noise from cars, but I guess that is expected being right in the city, I recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The location was perfect, able to walk all over the city from the hotel. Wi-Fi was fast, so even though there wasn't a tv, but looks like they have plans for one, we were able to watch movies/shows on our laptop during downtime.
