Perfectly designed and equipped for long term stays, gourmet kitchen designed and built for those that love to cook, includes a dishwasher, extensive spices, oils, sugar, salt; the essentials for making a fine meal. Includes: filtered water, tea, and coffee. The apartment has one king sized pillow topped mattress, and 2 comfortable Queen beds. The apartment also includes a patio/outdoor space with beautiful plants and flowers (we even get humming birds visiting!), an outdoor wood burning fireplace and an outdoor kitchen with sink, and charcoal grill. A great place to enjoy great Ecuadorian coffee in the morning, grill out, or relax with an evening meal by the fire! Also included: a large screen TV with surround sound and NETFLIX, a Blue Ray player in the main living room. We also have an extensive Blue Ray and DVD library. HIGHSPEED wireless internet, Full sized modern washer and dryer. The hot water is designed to work... it includes hot water in both showers, kitchen and all 8 sinks...
