The front entrance inside was very nice looking. Sadly the plants and flowers were mostly dead in the pots. The back entrances were not well kept, broken glass in parking lot, very full trashcan, trash on ground. Entrance door to get inside hotel had handle coming off, broken tile floor. Compared to front entrance, it looked horrible!

The hotel is beautiful it was at full capacity therefore the bathroom was not as clean and it took a long time to get towels. The front desk did not know how to add my points from Marriott.

Honestly, this was a really good experience. The room was amazing, and it was really clean and quiet, but the one thing is the pool is smaller than expected, and it was also kind of dirty, and somebody when I was there threw up and it took them hours to clean it. Also, the woman at the front desk couldn’t find my room and had to call her manager, so we wasted a few minutes, but other than that, it was smooth sailing. overall it is a great stay.

Either the room itself or my pillow stank — all night. $50 amenities charge was withdrawn from my account 4 days after we left. Within that 4 days they would have known we used 1 bottle of water. Apparently that costs $50. We have stayed in Marriotts for 30 years and have never been charged for what we didn’t use. The cavalier business department person promised she would look into it and call me back. She didn’t. She said the $50 would be credited to my account in approximately 10 days. It’s my money and they will have the use of it until they condescend to return it. Delta gives Marriott a very bad name.
