There are so many safety concerns with this that it should’ve been condemned 20 years ago. There is also a homeless encampment right behind it garbage everywhere. The rooms are falling apart. A lot of the room smell of wet mold. They are so dirty that my son told me not to even look under the bed. There’s spiderwebs in the room. Our door doesn’t securely lock. The exterior balconies are falling apart in are held up by rotted old wood and a chimney pipe and some hinges that hold a step on this should not be available on an Expedia website and it sure the heck shouldn’t charge over $200 a night. It’s a $20 a night motel at best!!! Literally scared to sleep tonight!!!

It looks clean when you walk in but as soon as you look closer it was full of spiders, ants, and other bugs. We were to stay three nights but lasted one night. They were very good about giving our money back.

The view was good. One of the vietnamese staff were really good. However, the photo and the room didn’t match. We stayed @ 1B. We found tin-shed construction in the room which were not there in the photo. We asked for a room waste bin but never found one. We were only given one in the washroom. Otherwise, it was ok for the money you pay. They give you a breakfast coupon which is nice.

Good- Could be better

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, at Screamers cafe. Air conditioners worked for our hot day’s stay. Bathroom: Towels available. No toiletries, bring your own soap, shampoo, etc. Shower, barely maintains steady temp of water. Exercise caution. Coffee machine: no filter, no cups. Curtains: do not mask lights, please bring eye masks. We were there for hiking, so didn’t stay in room much time. It was okay.

It is an economic option for those that just want a place to keep their luggage while they adventure to places like Lake Louise. My room was tiny but I didn't stay long in the room as I was always out and about. It was good for my needs. I didn't require a lot and this was good enough. Staff is good. Honest hard working people.

Dated, but good for short stay

The staff is friendly and we got checked in fast and early. The room and the hotel is very dated and in need of a reno, but the price reflects this. Our beds were comfortable and liked having separate rooms. The room was clean, but there lots of bugs crawling around :(, looks like come from outside underneath the door.
