Communication déficiente

Bonjour, Le séjour n’a pas eu lieu. Je n’ai jamais réussi à communiquer avec l’entreprise Novasol malgré de multiples e-mails et malgré deux chats avec Abritel et Vrbo. J’ai envoyé le certificat médical à plusieurs reprises et je n’ai jamais eu de retour. Puis vous m’envoyer ce questionnaire de satisfaction de l’hébergement qui n’a pas eu lieu, alors que vous avez été averti. Je suis très déçu de l’opacité de la procédure et de l’impossibilité de communiquer avec l’hôte.
