Staff was nice and helpful! They were very prompt with their service and seemed cheerful with helping. As far as the property, the shower head was poorly cleaned but I cleaned it before use. There was water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom and some small holes in the ceiling in the bedroom. These are things I noticed but overall the stay was still okay. Would stay again if I needed to.

A few days away

We were in North Carolina for a few days away. The hotel was less than five minutes from RDU airport. The staff was helpful.Our room was clean and spacious.The only reason they are not getting five stars is because there wasn't enough lighting in the room for us.

The place is very outdated. A new toilet seat and new shower head could go a long way in the aesthetics of the room. There was one staff during my check out, she was very rude to me. But I saw she was nice to the couple ahead of me but as soon as I walked up to the counter, her demeanor changed.

Our room was very dark as there was only one medium sized window in the room. Our refrigerator did not work and we reported this and were told maintenance would be up to fix it- never happened. Pillows are so soft that it took 4 of them to support my head. I never leave mediocre reviews but had to make an exception here.

It was absolutely filthy. The door to the bathroom didn’t have a lock. It looked like blood splatter all over the door. There was mold all over the bathroom. Splatter on the bathroom walls. We were embarrassed we took our kids there. It was so awful
