Shower issues

The shower would run cold or very hot. Took forever to get it right. It needs attention. For a little water in the sink as well. Cards for door key stopped working several times and had to exchange them.

Property was dirty. Entire property reeks of cigar smoke, though no smoking signs are everywhere, and I booked a non smoking room. Room was dated and dirty. Mold noted in multiple areas. If it weren’t for the fact that we were only staying less than 12 hours for an early flight at RDU, we would have checked out and found another hotel.

Best price around

I always stay here because it's very affordable and they offer free shuttle to the airport. They also offered extended parking which is great too. I do recommend getting a third floor room to avoid noise. The walls are thinner than I like so this helps. They also offer discounts for repeat members.

Just not good!

It wasn’t good enough to only be considered abysmal. Room not cleaned. Elevator noise was oppressive. Decor was dreary. Water pressure on shower was anemic. Wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but this was exceptionally disappointing relative to my akready low expectations.
