The hotel was comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly. It took about 10 minutes to get hot water to my shower, though I suspect thats because I was on the top floor.

Terrible hotel, plumbing was horrible and no hot water. Had to switch rooms and still the new room has the same issues. Staff at the desk were nice and the plumber/maintenance man especially was very kind and friendly.

Took an impromptu getaway trip to Raleigh NC with a god friend and we stayed at this facility. Prior to our arrival the staff was welcoming and supportive from property details to dining in the surrounding areas. Rodney the shuttle driver took us around the area to get a meal shortly after we settled in our room. The front desk staff has the best gems with Kelly who entertained us with great chats about travels and dining in the area and Yani who didn’t hesitate to accommodate when I asked for not 1 but 3 extra blankets HA! Breakfast was good with great options and thanks to Tina whom truly shines with hospitality in the early morning hours. We definitely will suggest this facility to others and can’t wait to return to actually use the gym and pool on my next visit! So much to do and not enough time! Thank you again for a great stay - from the Connecticut ladies ❤️

The breakfast was good with many options. When we arrived for check in we were told the pool was down for service. Staff stated they were unsure when it would be available. When we returned from dinner the pool was being used for a party and staff was brisk when we asked about using the pool. In the morning when we went to shower the water never got warmer than cool. So disappointed to not be able to use the pool or jacuzzi and to have to take a cool shower to start my day
