This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff was courteous. The room was very clean. The microwave and fridge worked very well. The 24/7 free water (bottle refill station), coffee, and cocoa was the cherry on top!

We have stayed at this Hampton Inn & Suites many times. As might be expected, the Suites are more comfortable, but the Hampton Inn rooms are well-appointed as well. The hot chocolate bar is a nice touch, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The complementary breakfast offers more variety than most Hampton Inns I have stayed in, though it would be better if they offered different fruit options and more vegetarian options. Their coffee is, er, not the best -- true of any Hampton Inn I have stayed at. But, overall, I think this Hampton Inn and Suites offers a fine blend of comfort, convenience, and economy, and I expect we will continue to stay here when we come to Durham.

This hotel is exceptional. Very nice staff. Everything is very clean. They had holiday games on the tables in the lobby and a hot cocoa bar that my son loved. We had a blast in the pool. The rooms are well maintained. It was a 5 star experience.
