I only stayed one night for an early morning flight. Check in was quick. I was able to schedule the airport shuttle for the time I needed to leave for my flight. I really enjoyed the room. Lots of plug ins for my electronics! The bed was so comfortable. It is very close to the airport so you will definitely hear air traffic but I didn’t hear anything during the night. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is quiet and convenient from and to the airport. Everything is clean. We were also able to ordered a late dinner around midnight after we landed late from nearby pizza place.

From checkin to checkout it was a wonderful experience. Quick and easy. The room was clean, spacious and plenty of power outlets to charge electronics! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the room was a silent haven for rest. Would never have known planes were landing and taking off just a mile away. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a great place to stay by RDU.

My stay here was actually really good it was the checkout/what came after that really affected my rating on the Holiday Inn. I left two hoodies behind in the room when checking out and i contacted the hotel immediately when i get home and found out i had left them. Whoever was working the front told me the room hadn’t been cleaned yet so all my items should be there and i can come get them. I live 2-3 hours away but i took the ride back to Raleigh to get my possessions. I get there and I was met by a completely different girl than the one who was on the phone. The worker told me she knew nothing of what i was talking about cause the previous worker left no note or anything behind explaining that I was coming back to get my belongings. We then went and checked the room to find out the room had been cleaned anyways after being told it wouldn’t be cleaned til after I came to get my items, and my hoodies missing from the room. The worker then went to check lost and found only to then tell me she doesn’t have a key. She then checked housekeepings office but said nothing was there also. So I left empty handed without my items but was told to leave my contact info behind and they would call me the following day to touch bases w me. I never received a call the following day which then incited me to call today. I was then told nothing was in lost and found and that housekeeping said they didn’t have them and i was SOL and i could not be compensated cause i booked through expedia.

Your staff member, Tika, was very helpful in checking us in quickly and handing us the hotel’s menu, after driving a long distance. We ordered two different types of salad (room service); both were yummy!! The room was spotless, the shower pressure was perfect, and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay at this hotel, when in the area again, without hesitation!
