The temperature was controlled by someone eles. The house was very hot. There was only one rack in the oven. Had no toilet paper holders for toilet paper had to turn around to get it off the back of toilet. There was no mop or swifter to mop kitchen floor Internet information should had been posted instead I had to call for information.

This company was hard to get a hold of when I had questions prior to our trip. At 2:30am the morning of our arrival, they canceled my reservation. They said when they went to do their final check on the property, they discovered a plumbing leak had flooded the house.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! HOUSE HAS MICE AND ANTS! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! We arrived late 07/21. The driveway is broken and in pieces. There are no lights so please beware of your step. We came with teenagers and kids so were looking for the WiFi. There was no WiFi and the codes provided by the host did not work. The next morning we woke up to mice droppings in the kitchen and living room and all our newly purchased food opened and contaminated. We also had ants all over the upstairs bedrooms. Ants got into our luggage and clothes. I called the host at 7:35 on 919-302-7077 and informed him of the issue. I was told they would have someone come out and clean up and get pest control out. We ended up having to clean up. I did not hear anything from anyone until I called back at 5:04 the same day. The rep informed me this property is ran by a management company and she had never heard of my issues until then. I called Vrbo and messaged the host via the platform and sent pics just to be informed the host is out of the country so they couldn’t really do anything. I explained the reason why I was there and that there was no place for me and my family to go as everywhere was booked. We tried to make the best out of a horrible situation. The deck for the pool looks nothing like the listing. The chairs are broken and have not been cleaned. Woke up the next morning to more mouse dropping and ants. We left!

It was ok

Overall it was ok. The beds and rooms were great cutely decorated and comfortable. Swimming and backyard amenities were great! The grounds could have been picked up more for our little kids but it didn't pose a big issue. Our biggest obstacle was the hot water, and kitchen. The kitchen did not have a lot of basic amenities, like a can opener, hot pads, cookie sheet or hand towels. We did have to contact the host for updated wifi instructions and they responded very quickly. Again overall it was ok and met our needs.

I was charged a cleaning fee but had to clean the whole house when I got there pool area and deck was dusty and dirty had to take sheets off bed and wash because you could see they weren’t fresh sheets little black bugs everywhere but what I will say is when the net fell in pool and we seen all the bugs I called management they sent someone over
