I will like a refund of the room. I spoke to management and he said once I speak to you all then you would reach out to him about the full refund. I’m 99% sure the manager is lying but I wanted to let you know. I ordered a queen size bed for one night on 2-14 and received a twin size bed that didn’t even fit on the bed frame. I also have a very bad back that causes me to see a chiropractor, so a twin size bed fo two people isn’t ideal. I will like a full refund because I didn’t receive the queen size bed that was offered to me . I also have pictures if needed. We checked in pretty late and the office closed at 8 pm, so it was nobody I could get in touch with.i would like a full refund please.
Ordered a queen size bed for 1 night and receive a twin size bed. I have a bad back so this was a terrible experience.

The smoke detector was on table with the bare wires hanging from the ceiling. There were brown funky stuff on the walls. The door didn't close right. It wasn't safe to stay so I had to book another hotel completely.

Has a kitchen, staff are very nice and do whatever they can to make sure your stay at the property goes well.. Stores and interstates are close by ,very convenient.
