Bathroom was in rough shape. The tub stopper was off and in the middle of the tub. Soap dish was missing. Shower rod was held up by a loose screw. The main entrance door needs a paint job. The facility definitely needs an upgrade

The lobby and seating area as you walk into the property are quite nice. The room/suite definitely needs updating. Sink and shower plunger “tops” were missing. Cracked tiles on floor. Windows in the room could be opened which was a plus, but they clearly had not been maintained as the window surround was filthy and had so much dirt the windows couldn’t be opened. I managed to open one of the six windows, but only slightly as the window was not fully secure in its track. The suite smelled musty as well. Disappointed with the quality of this hotel, especially for a Hilton property.

The pool that is in the pictures was empty, which was quite a disappointment as we specifically chose the hotel because they had an outdoor pool. There was only one elevator working. The furniture was torn and stained. The lampshades had dried up splattered nastiness on them. Carpets were stained. The shower handle had to be forcefully shoved in order to get hot water. While most of the staff was pleasant enough, there was one woman who when I asked her where the laundry facility was, wouldn’t look up and pointed down the hall. When I found the laundry room, I found out I had to go all the way back and buy detergent from her. Why did she not tell me that to begin with? Still refused to look at me or speak, other than asking for my room number. It was 6 am, not like she was helping someone else. Would not recommend. Has such potential!

This is near Crabtree Valley Mall and the interstate. Hotel needs lots of renovations used to be stunning. Hotel staff is ok but shout out to the dining facilities mgr who went out of her way to make my staff good. There are other hotel choices near and they are not as in need of renovation. Stay ok; kitchen in each unit was nice

Conditions were horrible. Mold water leak stains. Filthy rugs. The bedding was ripped elevators iffy and breakfast on Sat and Sun was not edible it was the worst Hilton experience and I love Hilton and try to choose when I travel

There were unattended children at the hotel about 1:30am kids knocked on our door as hard as they could started laughing and took off running as fast as they could we were on the 7th floor not sure what floor they were on our floor did not have cameras I messaged the staff to let them know what happened but this has never happened to me before and we travel a lot. I really was enjoying the stay until this happened my husband paid for us to have a nice relaxing weekend away from home.

When we arrived at the hotel they had no hard water. It took them about a day and I half to fix it. Both main elevators were out of service and we had to use an elevator in the complete opposite side of the hotel to go up and down. The carpet on the common areas look like it's from 1950 and it hasn't been replaced ever since full of stains and grime. They do not have available towels at the desk and they have to go and get them for me. The sink barely drained. When we got to the hotel they had no record of my reservation and it took them about 10 minutes to find the reservation (or make a new one, not sure) and they ended up putting us on a handicap room because they had no other rooms available.

Elevators were broken. Hallway carpets were stained. Breakfast buffet was luke warm. Room was quiet. Staff brought blanket to room. Fridge made great ice. Phone charger by bed was broken. Screen on window was broken. Smelled like mold throughout.

Place wasn’t bad .. had a three night stay and the hot water didn’t work for two of those nights . Probably won’t stay again in the future, especially for the price I paid.
