Our Hyatt Raleigh Seaboard stay was amazing the beds were super comfortable, bathrooms & shower were spacious and our room window faced the city with a beautiful view. We had dinner at a restaurant conveniently located next door that had mind blowing sushi and amazing service. The only downside was on our 3rd day we couldn’t sleep because of loud and roudy guests next door at 2am and no hotel security to control the situation. But over all it was a good stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The property is very well-maintained, and the room was very comfortable and clean. The online check in/out system was super convenient, checking in and out probably took about 2 minutes all together. The hotel, valet (shoutout to the man working Saturday night who my husband really enjoyed chatting with), and High Rail restaurant/bar staff were all very friendly. The hotel is closer to the residential area of the city and is much quieter at night compared to the "heart" of the city, which I really enjoyed, but is still close to a lot of convenient restaurants and stores in immediate walking distance. This place has a cozier vibe than some of the really large hotels in the middle of downtown while not losing out on the conveniences. We are definitely planning on staying here again next year! My only suggestion would be to suggest to whoever is in charge of maintenance to put some clear silicone around the exterior edges of the metal shower framing and at the bottom corners of the interior frame. This step appears to have been skipped during install and the water was able to leak out of the edges of the frame during a shower. I could see the drywall towards the bottom of the left side of the exterior of our walk-in shower was already displaying some signs of water damage, and a bit of rust was in the bottom frame corner, which is somewhat inevitable, but could be significantly slowed down if the metal frame was properly sealed with the silicone.

Family Wedding

We were there for my niece's wedding. Many of our family members and friends were also staying at the Hyatt House in separate rooms. It was nice that we were together. The hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast service was good, but the coffee was especially delicious. The service at the breakfast was superb.
