I truly loved the room; the space was just right. However, the bathroom door felt like it was designed for a giant, as it was incredibly heavy, making it difficult for my mom and me to open and close it. During our four-night stay, we unfortunately didn't have anyone come to clean our room, which was disappointing, especially since we had to rely on the tissues that were thankfully provided. The kitchenette area was definitely a bonus, so we would certainly consider staying at this hotel again as long as family continues to live in the area. As for breakfast, it wasn't particularly impressive; I wasn't fond of the food choices and wished there were more options available. On a positive note, the front desk staff was very friendly. The parking situation was a bit of a surprise; I wish I had done more research beforehand. I didn't appreciate having to park so far away, but luckily we managed to find parking at Harris Teeter.

Excellent Stay at the Hyatt House in North Hills!

An Incredible Staycation Experience at Hyatt House North Hills! My wife and I recently enjoyed a staycation at the Hyatt House North Hills in Raleigh, NC to celebrate her birthday, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, the service, atmosphere, and attention to detail made our experience feel truly special. The room was fantastic! Modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It had that perfect balance of luxury and coziness that made it hard to leave! Kaitlyn and Rick at the front desk were outstanding! They were professional and genuinely welcoming. They made check-in a breeze and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for our celebration. David from Maintenance was down to earth and extremely easy to talk to. Shoutout to him for his energy and willingness to assist. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work and cares about the guests’ comfort. And a big thank you to Rebecca from the bar, who made our evening even better with her friendly personality and top-notch service. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she added such great energy to the night. Overall, the entire Hyatt House team made our stay feel personal, memorable, and full of positive vibes. Parking an issue

Very busy area on Friday night. Be prepared to pay for valet parking. We circled the block a couple times and there was no parking. Otherwise hotel clean and pleasant stay.

ONE of the VERY BEST!!! EVER....

I was THERE for my 62nd Birthday Celebration! The ENTIRE STAFF was wonderful from the moment I arrived and was greeted by the parking attendant and front desk to the time I left IT WAS GRAND!!! I WISH I COULD HAVE EVERY SPECIAL EVENT THERE at the NORTH HILLS, Raleigh NC location.
