the lobby looks good but the room was NOT a 9/10+ room our room was somewhat cold despite setting thermostat to 75; It was like in the 40s at night and toilet did not work too welll the room felt like 2 star ;

This is my first time writing a review. Our room was terrible. Dirty, messy and so many ants in the bathroom. We got moved to another room but again our new room not that different with the first one except no ants. Breakfast was not good but not bad, the kitchen worker also rude. We saw some injections (iykyk) all over the parking lot, and of course some other things.

The setup of the room was really nice. My complaint was that the bathroom trash can had shaved beard hair in it. That’s the first time I have ever seen that. After seeing that, I felt like the room wasn’t as clean as it should be. I had to go out and get cleaning supplies to clean up. Other than that the hotel was nice.
