Staff was very nice - easy check in and out. Breakfast was good. Overall building is dated and not kept up - needs a renovation. Bathroom towel rack fell off the wall. Heavy mold in hallway vent. But room itself was clean and beds were comfortable.

There was smell of weed/marijuana at the entrance but it seemed more outside than inside and I suspect it was a guest not staff. Beds and room were clean and nice. Breakfast was excellent

There was a distinct smell of marijuana most days. The employees were very friendly but the didn’t seem to care much about different things. Such as the Coffee pot, the part that hold the coffee pods didn’t fit and when I told them they said yeah I have heard that before. But not interested in assisting, told me I have to hold it. That is a law suit waiting to happen with extremely hot water. The carpet between the bathroom and living area was also ripped and pulled up and had the tacking showing. Stepped on multiple times. Other than that like I said people nice , comfortable beds and the breakfast was great. Would have like bananas.
Tape left on the walls from decorations, I am guessing from a previous guest.

Room was clean, however the floor I was on was incredibly loud at all times of the day. Also security is sketchy at best. I left my key card in my room on accident and when I went to get a replacement I was just given one, no questions asked, no ID verified - just given access to a room they trusted to be mine. As a solo female traveler this is incredibly dangerous. For these reasons I wouldn’t stay here again in the future.

We only live about an hour away, but with an early morning flight and two children - thought this hotel would be the perfect spot to catch the shuttle to the airport for a quick 3 day getaway. Room was great, beds were comfortable & bathroom was clean and tidy. We all slept great, & unfortunately had to leave so early we didn't get to try the included breakfast. We paid per day to leave our car in the lot. I didn't know this during booking (booked online) so this was a bit of a surprise, but okay  The reason for my degradation in score is that upon our return, our flight returned late & we called the front desk for the shuttle immediately. We were assured since it was just before midnight the shuttle would head over to grab us. We collected our bags & car seats & headed out to the designated location. We waited for 20 minutes before calling (it was 1225 at this point) and were told that the shuttle individual doesn't drive past midnight and they would be unable to come get us. We had to pay 60$ for a large uber to take us the 1 mile to the hotel so we could get to our car. At this point, we didn't make it to the hotel until 2am and had to drive 2 young children home. We will continue to stay at the hotel across the street as we've never had shuttle issues like this with them. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR LATE NIGHT ARRIVALS OR FOR YOUNG CHILDREN.
