I paid for my 2 day stay ahead of time and arrived at 1am to find that my reservation no longer existed. In the 4 years of traveling to Chapel Hill from NY, I have never had this happen. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. I asked about the second day and they said my room did not exist. I am so upset and disappointed. And now this survey is asking about my stay!!! Wow

Very disappointing.

Many areas of the hotel were immediately obvious in need of cleaning: lobby, elevator, halls, and counters in the room. Trash, stains, and unknown grease were all unattractive. Also in need of repair is the front door which did not give a welcoming feeling.

Lot of potential with this facilty but old, outdated and obviously neglected. I was told a new owner has just purchased so naybe brighter days. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean even if worn and in need of repairs and refurbishing.
