The stay was average. The room was clean, but there was nothing particularly special about the experience. Unfortunately, the sink wasn’t working on the first day, which was an inconvenience.
Property was very clean and up to date! Property very convenient to walk to anywhere you would like to go downtown! I had 2 issues; the extra $30 a night parking and front desk not doing what they say they were going to do!!! I requested room service and front desk said they would alert housekeeping(they didnt) and front desk supposed to reach out to valet to bring car around because i lost ticket(they didnt)
I definitely would not stay here twice. Showerhead was leaking, toilet paper holder was all but falling off the wall- the beds were ok but the sheets felt cheap. No microwave and only the smallest fridge. The front desk to the hotel is extremely confusing and not on the same level you walk in on from your vehicle. Overall for that much money a night, it’s missing a ton of amenities.

Overall was not a great experience for a couple of reasons. First, the windows allow all of the noise from the street to penetrate. Our room was across from an emergency station so we heard sirens all night. Really interrupted our sleep. Then the second morning of our stay, I left a do not disturb sign on the door as I went to the gym because my wife was sleeping. At 8:30am, a staff member walked into the room and scared my wife while she was sleeping. Very unprofessional and disturbing to say the least. Check out is at 11am, why are you walking into an occupied room at 8:30 when there’s a do not disturb sign up?
The good: the size of the gym, and the hotel is next to a lot of places to eat and drink.
We really liked the design/decor and walkability to stuff downtown. Happy to have the coffee shop type option in the lobby/restaurant. Could tell that the hotel is very responsive to guest reviews because they added coffee in the guest rooms and chargers for phones. Clean!
It wasn’t obvious to us where to park when trying to check in. Do not like that the only parking option on-site is a $30 valet, and the attendants were in a spat when we pulled in.
I couldn’t figure out how to turn the hand held sprayer off in the shower and maybe that’s why the water pressure wasn’t strong enough.
Overall a great stay!
I enjoyed my stay at Tempo. I had a great meal and excellent Old Fashioneds at the rooftop bar. The fitness room was extensive and I made use of the rowing machine. The only issues I had was the bed was a little uncomfortable and there was noise outside Friday night, probably due to Brewgaloo. I would stay here again.
This is a nice hotel located in a walkable area of downtown. The room was nice and spacious. My only complaint about this property is that your only option is to valet your car - no self-parking, and the valet attendants were extremely slow.
