Just OK.

I found the person who checked me in the reception area was very personable. And explained everything very well to us. The room was nice however there was here in my sink when I arrived and my bathroom shower was gunked up with heart water deposits so you didn’t have any pressure in the shower or in the sink, but other than that, the day was fine.

Room was larger than usual, bath was hot and relaxing and the free breakfast offered a great solution. Only negative was that this hotel is pet-friendly, but there is no designated pet relief area. No grass anywhere in the vicinity, either, so if your dog is picky about where they go, this might not be the best option.

Recently we went to Rancho Cucamonga CA for a family birthday and stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites. Conviently located near the main shopping and dining locations; the friendly and helpful staff gave us a choice of room locations and I noticed a pet water bowl in the very welcoming lobby. Our room was very spacious and offered the usual amenities and a full- range of cable stations. A hot breakfast was included daily and coffee and cookies were available in the lobby as well as a store offering snacks and sundries. A Spaghetti Factory located close to the hotel offered a great lunch shortly after our arrival and the abundant grocery, dining, and shopping options nearby provided us with everything we needed. The staff checked in a few times via text to ensure that our needs were met and I wished we had time to take advantage of the pool and gym the hotel offered. Our trip was just a short viait but we would eagerly return to the locale when we are back in town as the service and amenities surpassed our expectations.

The carpet was extra dirty, no daily room service. The toiletries weren't stocked.The front staff was very mute not very friendly when we checked in . The service staff was great.

The hallways smell like dog pee, it's stained and there's a lot of dog hair in the room. It's very disgusting. They don't clean well, there's hair everywhere and the carpets are very dirty. They don't provide courtesy water. They should have rooms just for pets and rooms for people who don't like the smell and dog hair.
