It was OK for one day. The room is large, which is nice. We headed to the pool and were immediately turned off by the piped in loud music and headed back to the room. I was looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi. It was at first glance clean but after using it, there was a disgusting film of dirt that was in the system and came to the surface. I used to absolutely love sleeping in a Westin bed but that too has changed. The pillows were awful and I really had a bad sleep. As elite owners, we actually may think of staying somewhere else next time. So sad....

We had stayed here before about 5 years ago and now this time we were less impressed. The condition of the villa was definitely more worn, from screen doors that didn't work (until my husband fixed it) to cupboard kickplates all tattered and falling off. A good 3 star but not more than that. Also we were excited to start a walk around the entire westin complex only to find, access denied. still smells beautiful, grounds were well kept.

Didn’t realize we were staying at the timeshare. Was picturing the Westin Rancho Mirage resort and the related amenities, even booked a tee time over there, not realizing it was a different property. That said, the one bedroom suite was nice. 2 TVs was nice, but the queen bed was a bit cramped for us. Loved the patio! Didn’t really need to cook, and ice maker didn’t work, but nice to have a fridge for drinks and the bar gave us a bunch of ice. Staff was friendly and responsive and the room was clean and comfortable and gave us an awesome recommendation for breakfast on our way out of town.

We had no view from our room to speak of as we were stuck in a corner. Most rooms did however. Restaurant closed early and that was disappointing as we had planned on eating there when we arrived.

The room was clean and spacious for us as a family of 4. Having a kitchenette was convenient for leftovers to feed ourselves and the kid's. The pool was the perfect depth for my littles to have fun and the food was delish as well poolside. Would def come back!

Good trip

We had connecting suites that were amazing. Very clean and much more spacious than we were expecting. It was more than enough room for 6 of us. Service was average. East pool with jacuzzi was private and peaceful. Main pool was okay. Pool bar drinks and food were delicious!
