The rooms are nice, but the staff at the main pool area were horrible and did not make sense when explaining why we were not able to bring in our own food. The front desk lady who worked Saturday evening at 830 PM was incompetent and could not accommodate a late check out. I would not recommend nor stay here again. Too far from downtown Palm Springs.
