There are no outside trash bins due to the HOA rules and local wildlife. Take community trash, drive towards the lake, when you see the lake turn left and it’s in the turnaround after the mailboxes.
Turn all lights off when leaving
Press Kwikset on lock when leaving to lock up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
