Our room was immaculate, spacious and of a very high quality. The breakfast was excellent, all the staff were very helpfull and the hotel was in an excellent location. The ferry to Portofino was within walking distance and there were lots of cafes and restaurants in the area

Nice hotel close to the beach and marina. Rooms were nice, clean and has an amazing shower. Bed was a bit hard for my liking but everything else was great. Breakfast was only 12 euros a person and had a nice variety.

I absolutely cannot say enough about Monia and Gabriele. They went to great lengths to help me with a medical matter I was having. Such amazing generosity and great service. Hotel was absolutely superb! Great location, amazing breakfast … you really must try this hotel!!!

Great location, great room!

After 3 weeks of very mediocre accommodations in Italy this room was like heaven. The shower was wonderful! Why did it take someone so long to figure out how to just push a button for the “rain” vs “handheld” option! There was also a coffee/teapot in the room which is not standard here and a couch to sit on. The rooftop Sky Bar is amazing beyond description! Some things that others might complain about: The internet was on and off in my room and the hotel does not look directly over the sea. I had a “partial ocean view” and was very happy. One more thing…as a woman traveling alone I felt very welcome here.

I paid extra for a deluxe room with ocean view, however the room I got is the room with the direct street view, it misleading advertising, please be aware. The staff said that they have no control how Expedia describes the rooms

Went for high guest rating, would not return.

Stay was ok, was convinced to pay €40 to upgrade to their “suite” paid, got a room without AC getting cold enough, unless we called down, then still didn’t get colder. We opened windows, but the. Got mosquitos in the room, and but during sleep. Bathroom sink didn’t drain, when asked about a refund, we were told we should have called to raise our concerns more, which is fair but we just wanted to sleep, as we had a long drive in the morning. We were refunded the parking fee of €19 but not for the room. Would not recommend upgrading if they attempt.

The location was perfect. We didnt access the beach as the weather was not right for it. It was rainy and umbrellas were available to borrow. Breakfast was good. Room was nice and spacious. We have a view of the ocean. Small shower. Nice ans spacious closet. Drinks at the rooftop are more expensive than at the regular bar and they are expensive already but the service is good. The aperitif is delicious. All and all we like the hotel and would stay there again.

This is nice European hotel by the beach. It has a little rooftop bar where everybody socializes one of the best breakfast buffets we've had in our whole trip to Italy park right in front of the hotel in the parking lot for the bay/pier. It's a 2 to 3 minute walk to the ferry that takes you north to portofino There's lots of nice shops, walking distance in downtown for Resturants provisions wine merchants. Old town of rapallo is very walkable and you'll enjoy the calm comfort more than the smaller towns.
