Burn Wood - There will be plenty of wood provided, the rest you will need to provide. MAKE SURE TO CHECK ALL BURN BANS - blackhillsfirerestrictions.com
Sewer Pumping - If the stay is longer than 5 days, will need to set up an additional service to have the sewer cleaned.
Water - Water will be filled prior to your arrival. Water is used for cooking and bathing. We recommend not using the water for drinking. There is also a wash station outside for exterior use as well.
Electric - Powered by the generator and solar panels. You should only have to turn the Generator on.
Generator - The Generator is located in the box just outside of the camper. You will need to Turn the Generator on and Pull the cord to get it started. You should only need the generator for AC and kitchen necessities. The main source of power will be the Solar Panels.

Out door Space - There are picnic tables available for use, as well as, a Carport for shelter as needed. You will enjoy the Outdoor seating provided near the small creek that runs through the property as well.

This comfortable camper features sleeping accommodations for 7. There is 1 secluded bedroom with an additional full over full bunk bed with curtain separation, as well as the sofa turning into a bed. Additionally, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, and a relaxing sitting area – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
