I checked in after paying the $40 pet fee only to find the halla were filthy, never did get cleaned. Was not safe to let my dog walk down the hall. In the room, the bed look all wrinkled up. My dog ate food that was remaining on the floor which could have made him very sick. Then, i stepped out of the stained up shower the following morning to notice the remains of red vomiton the floor, by the toilet and in the walls. We were going to spend 2 nights but this was the final straw. The attendant listened to my reasoning for canceling and said she would refund the 2nd night and dog fees and talk to expedia to get my fees refunded. Expedia has yet to refund my money.

Hotel is clean, spacious, comfortable. Staff was excellent. Price was good. Easily accessible to interstate, great dining and shopping. Didn't have the breakfast. Opted to hit some local cafes.

I was very impressed. I like the way the room is set up. I thought it was very clean. The only Dolph downfall is when someone checks in they need to tell the person please hold onto the door when they leave the room because the door bangs and it wakes up people.

Breakfast was great the second morning, but we got there at 920 am the first morning and they serving at 930 am. So we were lucky to get what we got. And what we got was really good. Rooms were very clean. We had an issue with noise new years eve, but that is to be expected. The front desk attendant ( I wish I knew her name because she was awesome) gave us a different room that was even better than the first one.

When we got to our room, there was a huge wad of gum on the wall. When I went to the front desk, she said if I hadn’t booked through Expedia, she could give me money off, but she could not charge me a resort fee - apparently Expedia doesn’t collect the resort fee, they do at the hotel. She didn’t tell me when I was checking in that I would actually be charged a resort fee, not just a hold for incidentals. The new room we got moved to looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed, there was a lot of stuff on the floor. Breakfast wasn’t great a not a lot of options.
