Stayed in a really great family suite room w 2 large beds and fold out couch that was set up so well to allow some privacy from one party to another, and lighting that allowed one group not to disturb the other. Reasonably priced stay and felt it was really excellent. Also good breakfast selection, and good available purchase items and a great central area for sitting out of room, breakfast etc.

The room was clean, however I had 2 issues. 1, the fridge can only be on if a switch is flipped causing a light to be on all the time. We did not realize this which caused some of our ice cream to become soup and one of the beds had a light shining on it all night. 2, they did not tell us till we checked out that there is a resort fee that certain booking companies do not apply. So all of the sudden we had an additional $35 charge for our 4 day stay. All I was told was well, it is on some nebulus website and the associate saying "I always check ahead of time"

Very rough crowds around here

Not clean, the pool was cloudy with bandages floating around. There were a lot of suspect guests here, we watched multiple large groups of very rough individuals coming in back doors.

10+ Hotel!

On our week long trip from Florida to Canada, this was one of the best hotels we stay at! Great room, great breakfast and a really nice public sitting area. At 3 AM, the people in the room next to ours were talking loud so I asked the front desk to ask them to quiet down, which they did immediately. No further noise.

Wasn’t impressed by girl at the desk on her ph when I checked in, also not Impressed by the fact I told them both handicap parking spots were taken up by two vehicles with no handicap license plates or sticker and they did nothing and I’m not handicapped I made a suggestion to lady when I noticed it to put a sign up no parking in a handicap cap zone unless you have a license plate or tag in her window she just looked at like really
