Featuring a lake facing great room with enormous windows, fireplace and spacious open floorpan. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, top tier finishes on every surface. Convenience and comfort with 2 laundry rooms and beach room. Outdoor spaces will entice and invite you in for morning coffee and al fresco dining. Patio off deck with grill.

Dock at the shore with bench and stairs leading into the sandy bottom lake. Lift available for pontoon upon request/extra. Shoreline is walkable with sand and stones. Great to find Petoskey stones and sea glass. The point has the drop off and is ideal for snorkeling or fishing.

House is located on a private street and no through streets in either directions, which keeps traffic to only residents.
Elk Rapids town is 6 miles away which has a beach on Lake Michigan.
