The Omega Cabin

Nestled in the trees, you'll love this 3-bedroom home located in a community on Edelweiss Mountain. Watch the stars at night, and during the day, wildlife goes by the home.

The home has two bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. There is a large kitchen, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, and a smart TV.

The basement also has a queen bed and a single day bed and a bathroom. There is a TV with a Firestick and one with satellite.

Sliding doors lead out to a 4-person hot tub. Outside, a deck has a table with four chairs and a gas grill for barbecuing. There is also a propane fire pit with chairs.

The home has central air, satellite TV, high-speed internet, and a garage. If you like to fish, swim, or boat, Lake Pactola is only 5 miles from the home. If you like to ride ATVs, off-road trails are 3 miles from the home. If you ride a motorcycle, the home has 3 miles of gravel for you to enjoy.

The best cell phone service provider is Verizon. However, we can't guarantee you’ll have cell phone service all the time.

This was a great place to stay for our visit to the Black Hills. It was close to all things around Mt. Rushmore. It is also a short drive to Deadwood and Rapid City. The house is very well stocked. It has everything you will ever need. Would definitely stay again.

Total serenity

They drive to the house is winding gravel, surrounded by trees. I do suggest arriving during daylight hours because of this and so do they. The house was spacious and tidy. The kids had room to play and not bother each other (less fighting) if you know you know. It is close to the trails for UTVs which is why we went there. It was perfect. Any questions were answered right away! I would definitely stay here again! Thank you for the use of your home.

Cozy clean cabin in a peaceful secluded mountain area of the Black Hills of S Dakota. Beds v comfortable, kitchen has adequate spices, utensils, cookware. Drive up is long and steep but once you get there it’s v nice. Driving distances to Mt Rushmore, Badlands, Deadwood, Sturgis, not far. Good restaurants in Hill City and wineries. Excellent Property!

This cabin is very well set up, spacious. Full kitchen including spices made easy to prep meals there. Grill, deck. All was excellent. The property is up in the hills which does make for some driving to get to it. But it is relatively central location between Deadwood, Rapid City, Keystone, etc. so it is a great spot if you plan to hit a variety of locations. It is also just 20 minutes away from some nice wineries/breweries so you can easily slip away for a drink and some food if you choose. Overall great spot, would recommend!

Great Location

Great location , many attractions, 2 lakes and ATV trails within 30 mins of the house. House has everything you need. The one thing to be aware of, it’s a bit of a up hill drive to the house. But with it being up on a hill you get a wonderful view of sunsets and stars at night while sitting around a gas fire pit. The hot tub was a great way to end the night

Black Hills Getaway

Stay was great. Property was as described. First day we saw quite a bit of deer around the property. Even had one lay down and rest a bit in the back yard. Everything went well. Would stay here again. Property manager was easy to contact and appreciate the communication with her.

Great place but far from town of Rapid City

We liked the home and the back porch. It wasn't as private as we thought as there were two other homes overlooking the porch. We should have picked up groceries in Rapid City before checking in. It's 40 minutes each way to get groceries. The home is clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing property

Every year we get together and share a special experience to make and share memories. This property was in the perfect location. We could easily day trip to all our locations. We did Custer state park, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Spear Fish, Devils Bathtub, Devils Tower,, and more. The house itself was perfect for our blend of 3 adults and 3 kids. We will be back!
