The kitchen is connected to the living room where you can laze and hang out with the family in a comfortable armchair and sofa.



The villa is built so that you can directly and easily reach from each room a spacious garden (2000 m2) where there is a pool around which are deck chairs and a space where you can enjoy the greenery that surrounds. You can also enjoy the view of the beautiful Old Town of Labin from all rooms in the villa.
