This is a wonderful residential area where you can find your inner peace; it’s quiet, sunny, with unspoiled natural surroundings and crystal clear sea, far away from the everyday rush.
The beaches are situated from 1km to 3km from the house, the closest market is 4km away, the restaurant 2km and the cycling and walking paths are even closer, only 100m away.
At just 13km of distance, you can walk through the narrow streets of the medieval town of Labin, visit the town museum, peek into the art ateliers, shop in the small and charming shops or enjoy the view of Rabac and Cres Island from the “Fortica”.
16 km away there is the village of Rabac with the flattering name of “the pearl of the Kvarner bay”. With its beautiful beaches, Rabac offers romantic seafront promenades where you can enjoy in this picturesque coastal village.
Located beneath seven hills, the city of Pula is 45km away, home to many ancient Roman buildings, including the well-preserved and well-known magnificent amphitheater, and its beautiful sea. The city has a long tradition of wine making, fishing, shipbuilding, and tourism.
Opatija is 52km away. This is a charming coastal town with a rich history and culture, many fantastic locations, impressive monuments, well-manicured parks, enchanting promenades, churches and magnificent villas waiting to be discovered.

Villa Aura is for up to 8 persons, has a total useful floor space of 195 m2 distributed in 3 floors (basement, ground floor and first floor), a partial sea view, a covered terrace with a table and chairs, a private pool, an outdoor shower, loungers, and an outdoor barbecue. The house has its private parking places.
The house interior is a mixture of modern and classic, clean and extremely bright. It includes free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV and satellite channels in the living room, a dining room, air conditioning in each room, a safe, the washing machine and in the semi basement there are a billiard table and darts.
The kitchen is new and fully equipped (oven, microwave oven, 4 cooking plates, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and freezer).
The house has two comfortable bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (WC, bathtub/shower).
