Newly built and very spacious 3-bedroom luxury private pool villa with Jacuzzi, located in a peaceful and secluded residential area in Rawai.

Managed by Selected Residences, this fully equipped villa is 4 minutes from Villa Market, Makro, Lotus and Fisherman’s Way, and a short 7mn drive from the most beautiful beaches of the Island: Nai Harn and Kata.

* The Villa has 330m² of living space with 3.1m of ceiling height, which enhances the sensation of space, freedom, and openness. It's the perfect place for a family or a group of friends who want to have a memorable stay in Phuket, and who like modern layouts and designs.

* High-speed Internet and strong Wifi available all around the house.

* All spaces are amazingly bright thanks to very large glass sliding doors that amplify the passage of light and allow you to connect with the outdoor area: You can have an eye on the kids playing in the pool while relaxing in your bedroom or Living room.

* The Living room itself is very comfy; you will feel instantly at home and relaxed in this part of the house, which also offers a large 75" Smart TV along with an enjoyable JBL surround sound system.

* The large open Kitchen has everything you may need to cook Fancy dinners or quick snacks, it's well organized and very functional with lots of storage, so are the XL fridge and top-end Nespresso capsules coffee machine that comes very handy ;-)

* The 3 Spacious bedrooms are all King Beds with pool access and have dedicated bathrooms, and television. Each bedroom suites are rather soundproof and independent, allowing you to have full intimacy and live discreetly in your own space, which can also be locked with a key. It is possible to arrange two single beds instead if needed.

* Towels and amenities are at your disposal in the Villa, so don't worry about bringing yours.

* Enjoy a 43.5m² private outdoor pool, fully exposed to the sun all day, with gradual depth from 1.25m to 1.35m. and a jacuzzi system. There is a 4th Toilet in the outdoor area between the laundry and the pool shower which is very convenient if you are enjoying the pool.

* The laundry area provides plenty of storage place near the washing machine where you can find the vacuum cleaner and a multi-level stainless steel clothes-drying rack that you can use in or outside the laundry.

RATES INCLUDE:

*Consumable amenities:
At your arrival, you will find complementary amenities such as Toothbrushes, Pool Towels, Slippers, Shower gel, Shampoo, snacks, water, hair dryer, Yoga mat, etc..So you don't need to carry these in your luggage ;-)

*Villa Cleaning*:
The Villa is fully cleaned every four days, so you can spend more time relaxing :-) If you need an extra cleaning service than what is offered, it will simply come with additional charges, Please let me know your extra needs. by dropping me a message, and I will provide the price accordingly.

*Pool Cleaning*
The pool service comes 3 times per week ( Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), at around 12 o'clock, and the pool maintenance will take about 15 minutes each time.

*Baby Bed and Baby Chair*
Although infants and young children are welcome, you will not find baby equipment on the premises. We will arrange the baby chair and baby cot upon request.

*Bed Set up*
All rooms can be re-arranged with two single beds instead of one King Bed. Simply inform us at least 72 hours prior your check-in date.


THE RATES EXCLUDE:

-Electricity fee:
The electricity fee is 7.50฿/unit (kWh). A photo from the meter will be taken upon your arrival and at check out. You can always monitor your consumption by accessing the electricity meter box. The fee must be settled prior to your checkout.

Please note that a security deposit of 10,000 THB is required in cash upon check-in. We kindly request payment in your local currency. This deposit will be fully refunded at the time of checkout, provided there are no damages to the villa.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
The check-in time is 3 pm. However, if you have any requests for your arrival time, please communicate with me in advance, and we will do my best to accommodate you :-)

*Reduce the Noise after 22h00*
I'd like to remind you that it is not a hotel but an exclusively rare find in a private residential gated area, so loud noise after 10 pm is not welcome and might lead to complaints.

Be mindful that Politeness and Kindness are at the center of Thai society, especially in the south of the Island.

Villa Mimosa 2, Splendid 3BR Private Pool - Rawai offers its guests a fitness centre, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
