The villa, dating from the Belle Époque and recently completely renovated, is very bright and spacious, with all rooms opening onto the sea and the Îles d'Or. It is ideally located in the heart of the village of Rayol in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, allowing immediate access to beaches and shops on foot.

The property has been meticulously renovated with period and contemporary materials. The very elegant and modern interior offers great comfort and brightness in all rooms of the house, with very generous outdoor terraces from which to peacefully contemplate the magnificent sea view.

A pétanque court is located on a terrace at the rear of the villa, offering an exceptional sea view.

The AMICITIA villa offers 225 m² of living space with a large period living room, sea views, and a south-facing terrace.
Three large, bright bedrooms with king-size hotel beds, shower room and bath, toilet, a dormitory for four children with 0.90 x 200 beds and its own shower room. Fully equipped kitchen with outdoor terrace under a pergola.
There are two private, enclosed garages for three cars and an enclosed outdoor parking space.

An outdoor elevator serves the two levels from the garage.
The 11 m x 4.50 m infinity mirror pool offers an incredible sea view.
The pool water is treated by a BIO UV system, allowing you to swim in soft, odorless, chlorine-free water. A bubble bench completes the pool's amenities, which is secured by a roller shutter.
Very comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers, and benches are available.

Rental period:
Reservations are made from Saturday to Saturday for periods of 7 days/14 days/21 days/etc. for the months of July and August.

Arrival times 4:30 p.m./5:00 p.m. - departures 10:00 a.m.
