The hotel appears to have been recently refurbished and everywhere is is very smart. The room was great and the breakfast very good. It was excellent value for money through your portal.

Lovely and clean staff were polite friendly mostly. That aside the property is tired and dated the rooms could do with a complete overall from beds, furnishings decor. The drains in the bathroom were especially rancid the smell was atrocious...also not particularly nice hearing the person on the toilet from the next room.

I booked daughter and granddaughter in to stay a night when they visited for a weekend. They thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Especially the friendliness of the gentleman on the front desk. My granddaughter was made to feel very special being given hotel money to get a free treat from the bar. A lovely written note in the room wishing them a special stay so she left them a picture and a note to say thank you.

The staff was fantastic. I didn’t have A/C in my room. They immediately ran to get me a fan and moved me the next day in to a new room. The staff was very helpful and hospitable. I stayed and had dinner there on a few of the nights on my week stay and every employee they had working were super friendly. Would stay there again.
