Beautiful home located on 1/3rd of an Acre with seclusion on three sides of the property. Rural feel in dense suburb with many local residents who walk the quiet street where this house sits.

House will be provided to suit. Either new fresh furniture will be provided or feel free to bring your own furniture.

House was rebuilt in 1996 and well maintained. Comprised of living quarters on the top floor and one bedroom on the main floor. A full bath on the 2nd floor and a full bath on the 1st floor. Basement is accessible through the 2 car garage and from the 1st floor.

Large deck and fenced in back yard. Keep our bird feeders filled with the seed provided and watch the wildlife as you look out over the lake and off to the woods.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Bergen Regional Medical Center. The holiday home includes amenities such as 2 bathrooms and a TV.
