O café da manhã tinha poucas opções, pedimos omelete e um deles veio com um fio de cabelo dentro, fizemos a devolução e a cozinheira ficou resmungando como se fosse cabelo de uma de nós, só que o cabelo estava no recheio da omelete e a mesma se negou a fazer um novo omelete.

Certamente a equipe é que merece 5 estrelas! Mas também a comida é de ótima qualidade e só não agradaria veganos... Recomendo pela localização (pé na areia, de frente à piscinas naturais), piscina e espaço social bem gostoso, o hotel preza pelas regras, como a do horário de silêncio (como fui com criança autista, isso foi fundamental).

Localização ótima para relaxar , ficar de boa. Atendimento ótimo, opções do restaurante muito boa. O que deixou a desejar, foi as camas, minha cama era 2 de solteiros encostada, colchões e travesseiros ruim. Na parte dos meus filhos foi sofa cama, onde não tinha ar condicionado. Tirando isso, muito bom!

Os funcionários são solícitos e procuram com presteza ajudar. O café da manhã poderia ser reposto mais rapidamente, pois faltaram ovos mexidos e frutas (ouvi um hóspede ao lado pedir para repor). O ambiente é limpo da suíte é limpo, porém, subindo as escadas, há uma portinha que leva aos motores dos condensadores de ar que já não fecha, o que leva à preocupação de um roedor ou morcego entrar por lá. O vaso sanitário estava bambo. O registro do choveiro caiu e o já trocado da pia ainda estava lá...não foi retirado. Os móveis de cabeceira já começam se desfazerem e os efeitos da maresia já são notados na corrosão de algums metais. No mais, o ambiente da piscina é muito legal.

O custo benefício não foi bom. Pelo mesmo precos vimos outros melhores. O quarto tinha mofo nas cortinas e no colchão. As paredes do banheiro também estavam bem sujas. A localização era boa, mas pelo valor, nao compensou, nos iludimos nas fotos. Pode ser apenas o quarto quenficamos que tinha isso, mas foi nossa realidade.

A vista da praia era muito boa, mas a limpeza deixou a desejar, deixaram o piso muito ensaboado e jogaram o copo que eu estava usando, abriram a geladeira e jogaram. E eu não pedi para fazer limpeza no quarto e mesmo assim meteram a mão na geladeira, não gostei disso. A porta da cozinha fica aberta, não tem chave.

Tinha tudo para ser melhor, é um lugar lindo.

Seria bem interessante ter serviço de praia, mas nao tem, para ter cadeira com guarda sol tem que consumir nas barracas ao lado, o que é uma pena, adoraríamos consumir no próprio hotel. O parquinho que seria um atrativo para as crianças é um perigo, o escorregador solta farpas, meu filho desceu uma vez só e arranhou a perna, depois só subia ou descia pela escada.
