Very nice hotel with lots of potential. I think it may be new and there are small amounts of professionalism and quality lacking. For instance I asked many times for small things in the room (more coffee pods or water) and staff forgot. The room service was slow. Only the front desk speak any language other than Portuguese and so it's challenging to order food as a foreigner without intermediate Portuguese.

Staff are friendly, place looks nice, but...

Building is about a year old and staff work hard to satisfy your expectations. We felt like being such a new building it could be better maintained. First we notice black mold in the shower, then notice it on the outside furniture. They use furniture that's not supposed to get wet and leave it out in the pouring rain then gets moldy. Lots of this around the pool area and balconies. Shower has no ventilation so mold accrues in the grout easily. Also they did not offer free breakfast if you book through hotels.com/expedia, which was literally the only hotel in all of Brazil that we had to pay (a lot extra) for breakfast, this took us by surprise. The Marina has lots of garbage floating in it constantly. This place could be a true gem in the city if they'd just maintain it better. The bridge to Marco Zero was closed so the area is not currently walkable. Uber or Taxi is all that's safe to get around the local area. Overall we'd stay here again if we got a good rate.

Não achei a limpeza do quarto nem do banheiro limpos. A equipe é muito gentil e educada O hotel não corresponde ao valor cobrado, pq deixa a desejar na limpeza, acústica e serviços. E o tempo todo alguém batendo a porta e abrindo, mesmo com a placa de não perturbe. Muito ruim isso. No bar da piscina há vários produtos que eles dizem que está em falta. Acho que só tem no cardápio para atingir a categoria. O hotel é bonito, mas é caro para o que oferece.

Excelente hospedagem na cidade do Recife. Quarto super limpo, amplo, organizado e com varanda com uma vista belíssima para o rio. O hotel em si é incrivel, a piscina é muito gostosa e aquecida, a academia é bem equipada e o restaurante é um dos melhores que já fomos. O café da manhã é bastante diversificado e muito bom! E os funcionários são bem atenciosos e educados! Experiência impecável!
