Excellent place well located Simple but in line with the price The kitchen and cleaning girls, Damiana and Maria, are geniuses. They are the support of the Pousada, without a doubt the visible faces and attentive to the service of the guests. Always solving each thing we need.

Tive de aguardar mais de 1h40 para o quarto ficar pronto após o início previsto só checkin. O quarto não condiz com o contratado. Nitidamente fui locado em quarto de categoria inferior e o estabelecimento nao possui organização de categoria de quartos. O quarto não possui janela, as paredes são sujas e com fungos. Foi uma péssima experiência e a excelente localização não compensa a estadia por nenhum valor. Não recomendo de forma nenhuma.

Nunca mais piso nesse lugar! Primeiro cobraram uma taxa para pet que não foi avisada, mas recusamos pagar e a atendente ficou com raiva, mas “deixou passar”, portaria avacalhada, botaram até uma criança pra ficar vigiando, dar bom dia/tarde e não ser respondido era normal já, parecia que estávamos prestando favor a quem trabalhava lá. Lugar caindo aos pedaços, atendimento péssimo, quartos com ar condicionado fraco e vazando água, perto da fossa com mau cheiro. Um dos quartos tinham 3 portas e uma delas dava para o quarto ao lado, zero segurança e privacidade. Acordamos com gente tentando abrir a porta, tínhamos medo de sair e deixar nossas coisas por causa disso. Banheiro sem box, chuveiro sem pressão, água caindo espalhada, espelhos sujos, luz do quarto era amarela e ficava piscando, se maquiar não era possível. Porta do quarto com fechadura ruim, difícil de abrir e fechar. Café da manhã: tampa das comidas sujas, totalmente engorduradas, parecia que não eram lavadas. Única vantagem é a localização, mas pelo preço há lugares melhores e com preços semelhantes, principalmente ao redor. Entre os hospedes que estavam lá, a reclamação era a mesma sobre quase tudo. Então pensem bem antes de escolher esse local.

Estacionamento insuficiente para a quantidade de quartos, pediram para afastar o carro por causa da tampa de acesso, mas no outro dia, os outros carros tamparam o acesso. Não tem como estacionar na rua ali perto. Muito cheiro de esgoto na região. Quarto apertado, cama molenga fazia barulho, no banheiro não tinha box, a água do chuveiro passava para todo o banheiro. Prédio necessitando de reformas. Café da manhã fraco, panelas escuras servindo o café da manhã.
