Gostei muito do hotel. A localização é de frente para o mar de Boa Viagem, a cama era confortável e o café da manhã muito bom, com bastante variedade e sucos naturais diferentes todos os dias, inclusive sabores regionais. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, principalmente a equipe do café da manha Por outro lado, o hotel fica bem no final da praia de Boa Viagem, sentido Piedade, longe da feirinha, mercados e de outras atrações. Acabei dependendo de Uber para praticamente tudo. A região é mais afastada e com pouco movimento, o que me trouxe uma certa sensação de insegurança, principalmente à noite. Aconselho a hospedagem para quem estiver de carro alugado ou não se importar em usar Uber o tempo todo. Outro ponto é que o banheiro era bem apertado; uma pessoa maior pode ter dificuldade para entrar no box do chuveiro. Também recomendo levar kit de higiene pessoal, como sabonete e shampoo. Depois que escurecia, eu tinha vontade de sair para passear, mas não me sentia confortável por ser uma área com poucos hotéis e pouco movimento de pessoas.

Pontos negativos: o chão estava pegajoso, não tem secador no banheiro, ducha higiênica e nem telefone no quarto. O hotel é em boa viagem, mas bem no começo da orla, é um pouco esquisito e não tem nada por perto (supermercado etc). Limpeza tudo ok, café muito bom! O que deixou a desejar foi ter que pagar o estacionamento por fora, a parte! Já não é tão barata a diária e ter que pagar por fora fica inacessível! Paguei já diária e o funcionário do horário noturno me falou que era 24 horas a partir daquele horário, aí quando foi meio dia a recepção estava me ligando pra tirar o carro do estacionamento ou ter que pagar uma nova diária! Achei isso muito desorganizado!

Eu recebi a chave do quarto 214 porém quando cheguei no quarto ele ainda não estava limpo, desci na recepção e me deram o quarto 209, ele era pequeno o colchão muito mole, acordei com dor nas costas e muita dor de cabeça, e o box estava vazando para o banheiro fiquei com medo de escorregar, avisei na recepção pedi outro quarto, mas falaram que a única solução era passar um produto porém o cheiro era muito forte iria só piorar a dor de cabeça, então pedi panos de chão para colocar no vazamento e fiquei nesse quarto, a equipe é bem atenciosa, mas sai de lá um pouco frustrada, eu já sou cliente de lá, mas confesso que o patrão Caio.
