A mixed view of my stay here

The reception check in was fantastic and very helpful. I have stayed at the hotel three times and have always liked it and is a convenient location for tube and airport connections. However, the morning of check out I asked the lady to charge my phone as my plug was not suitable, I came back 30 minutes later and saw that the phone had not charged, I thought strange but these things can happen. An hour later I asked the same lady again, it was important I had battery on the phone, I came back a while later and AGAIN the phone had not been charged, I checked on the second occasion that there was a connection and the phone had started to charge, she obviously took the phone out and would not charge the phone. Very disappointing.

Cama de casal improvisada (colchões agrupados) que causava um buraco no meio da cama. A limpeza não foi realizada por duas vezes e nenhum funcionário soube explicar o porquê — mesmo quando após o primeiro dia sem limpeza, expliquei e fiz um lembrete na recepção antes de sair no dia seguinte. Café da manhã com poucos itens e mal elaborado.

Frustrante, hotel insalubre com instalações e mobílias precárias. Em frente ao hotel tem um canal fétido que transborda com as chuvas. O hotel possui restrições inadequadas e não habituais, a exemplo de não fornecerem toalhas de rosto, não fornecem pratos, copos e talheres, para refeições no quarto. O estacionamento tem custo adicional.
