A mixed view of my stay here

The reception check in was fantastic and very helpful. I have stayed at the hotel three times and have always liked it and is a convenient location for tube and airport connections. However, the morning of check out I asked the lady to charge my phone as my plug was not suitable, I came back 30 minutes later and saw that the phone had not charged, I thought strange but these things can happen. An hour later I asked the same lady again, it was important I had battery on the phone, I came back a while later and AGAIN the phone had not been charged, I checked on the second occasion that there was a connection and the phone had started to charge, she obviously took the phone out and would not charge the phone. Very disappointing.

O Hotec. C. ‘ vc é um verdadeiro pardieiro, duas toalhas amareladas, sem toalha tapete ou de rosto, não fornecem um segundo travesseiro ,barulho intenso.Péssimo e sem higiene .Poderia relatar muitos outros inconvenientes,entretanto o espaço não seria suficiente.

Eu fiz a reserva de um quarto de casal, me colocaram em um quarto de solteiro, ao mudar para o quarto de casal percebi que a roupa de cama não havia sido trocada, o banheiro sujo, vaso sujo de número 2, Box cheio de cabelo. Péssima experiência com este hotel.

Não é um hotel de luxo, roupas de cama e toalhas bem gastas, só recebi sabonete no segundo dia, mas já havia comprado então não incomodou. Wi Fi é bom, tv razoável, chuveiro bom. Café da manhã achei excelente pelo valor da diária. Ar condicionado funciona muito bem e gela muito. Localização muito boa, perto da praia, mercado e feirinha e não é longe do aeroporto. Não tive muito contato com os funcionários, mas pelo pouco que falei o atendimento foi bem satisfatório, todos muito educados e hospitaleiros. Fui a trabalho, só pra dormir foi muito bom. Ficaria novamente sem dúvidas.

Fiquei no hotel com minhas amigas para o Carnaval. Primeiro, os funcionários todos, todos os dias de mal humor, ríspidos o tempo todo. Liguei dias antes para me certificar se tinha secador no apartamento, fui informada que sim, chegando lá fui avisada de que tinha queimado e iam entrar em contato com a gerente, fiquei por mais de cinco dias e não foi solucionado. Café da manhã péssimo, não aguentava mais comer salsicha, fui comer em uma padaria. Banheiro extremamente pequeno e apertado. Elevador mega lento. Em resumo, não indico
