This was a nice place to stay. The only reason I didn't give an over all rating of excellent is due to there only being decaf coffee in the room dispite the nice young lady at the front desk tring to find us some. Also breakfast being a little lacking in flavor. The cinnamon rolls were tasty as usual but the bacon and eggs didn't taste as good as the other HIE' s we've stayed at before. I would love to give props to the amazing help we received from Rebecca. My husband somehow forgot his phone in the room the morning we left. We apparently missed a call from the hotel while driving home. Unfortunately for us they did not leave a message and when we called the unknown number back it rang and then went to a busy signal. After getting home we realized the phone was not with us. When I called the hotel Rebecca answered assured me that yes they had his phone and then helped walk me through on how we could get it back. She gave great care in making sure we received his phone in the same shape we left it. She was amazing. Should she see this "Thank You again for your help" Over all a nice place to stay with great staff. 🙂
