Was disappointed in a few things. Staff was responsive to our concerns to the best of their ability 1- pull out bed was full of crumbs and dirt & we needed to request fresh sheets. 2 - no pillows or blankets in room for the pull out. When we asked for them, there was only one pillow brought and a stained blanket. We were told this was due to the hotel being full. 3 - Blowdryer not working. When we requested a new one, we were told there weren’t spares due to full occupancy. Front desk did bring down one after a room checked out , along with other blankets. We stayed on the ground level for two nights. After our first night, when we went to open the window for the first time, we noticed that it had not been latched We were also told we were in a newly renovated room - it did not appear as such.

The room was clean enough where it had to be, but overall not very clean.. the toilet had a ring in it and the shower had mold in it. Fingerprints all over one of the cabinets. That kinda thing. The bed was hard and pillows not super comfy to me. Ok place to stay with pets but overall it’s not great.
