The pillows are terrible all 3 I stay in hotels almost every weekend during hockey season and wow worst ones yet. Also being the room right by the elevator not good but to make it worse the ice machine was right outside my room nice 7:30am wake up who needs ice then I don’t know but 2 people did.

They pretended they cleaned the room

When I tried to lie down on the sheets after pulling back the cover, I found a few strands of hair. I don't think they changed the bed sheets before I checked in. And a lot of dust on the bed side table. So unfortunate.

Choose this hotel for location and the confirmed fact that they had a working hot tub. It was a like warm bath temp and we were then told due to renovations, that's as hot as it could go.

Well no hot water in room and I feel hotels need to make policies for people who want to plug car into make easier to start in morning. I recently had new motor put in my car would like to plug in but because of my trip I was late getting back to hotel all plug in spots taken by people not even using them. Thus I know got sensors on in my car. Also like to point out hot water was terrible and heater in room wasn’t working properly.
