I was really looking forward to watching the final round of the Memorial Cup Final, only to find out that TSN sports WAS NOT available at the Motel. Other than that my stay was great.

Sraff was great especially the new manager she rocks. The hotel was very clean, the beds do suck and the hotel and rooms are very dated. They do not come in a do any type of room service no clean towel, no warm blankets. Hotbtub in toom was a plus. Overall comfortable better beds would definitely be a plus.

Suitable accommodations

Reasonable accommodations but a few issues. Firstly when we checked in we weren’t informed that the doors are locked at 10 pm. When we came back to the hotel at 11:30 pm we were locked out and it was a bit of an ordeal to contact someone. We were eventually let in. Secondly breakfast was pretty poor, very slow on refilling food items. You save a lot of food when guests leave because there isn’t much left to choose from! Hotel was clean but quite outdated, just saying!

Nice hotel - do something about the parking lot

Hotel was very clean, and was very obviously undergoing renovations to upgrade it. The staff was very attentive, and the service was very good. However, there was a great deal of transient activity in the parking lot throughout our stay, including people walking in the parking lot, drinking bottles of alcohol and engaging with each other in what would appear to be suspicious ways. Aside from that, the day was fine. The beds were older and likely will be upgraded during the renovation for the price. The hotel was very good. If they could do something about the transient people hanging out in the parking lot right outside our room I would’ve rated it higher.

I walk into the room and found the hot tub which was exciting for me but did not use it as there was lack of no hot water. So it was disappointed. Had a cold shower which I am not happy about it.

Coffee station not kept up. Cream empty. No sweetener. Poor quality cups. Breakfast was weak. No fruit. Low hot water. Took a long time to heat bath tub. No hot water for shower after. Lobby closed? A lobby or front desk should never be closed. Call a number on the card for emergencies? Hardley convenient or safe for guests.
