I would give it 5 stars , but the morning staff at food court/coffee stop at lobby were real slow . Litter on the lobby /outside entrance floor was initially concerning , but inside very clean .

We were pleasantly surprised at just how nice this hotel/room was. It was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The only small negative I had was that the shower pan in our bathroom was creaky and loud when showering.

The staff always friendly . The elevators weren’t working so the were able to accommodate us to the closest floor so that we wouldn’t have to walk up so many stairs

I had never stayed in Ukiah (or even heard of it) before, and just randomly chose a hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was attached to a casino. The hotel and casino were very clean and very modern.

Balcony door could not be opened by mgmt or security. When I called expedia later about refund they said they had gotten the door open and refused refund. I started day at 4AM, drove back through cloudy rainstorm on Donners pass where I could barely see road lanes, slept in car east of Reno, and got home at 1PM. Paid $20for event that I missed.
