Room in terrible condition, floor not clean, carpet is garbage, if you use the fan in washroom the noise come out of that thing feels like construction area, pool is the worst ever I have seen in my life, it's all damaged super old and needs complet renovation ! Last time for sure for me

The carpet was dirty in the room. The walls and curtians had stains on them. The beds were clean. The bath tub in the room did not drain properly. When we had a shower the water would rise above our ankles. The pool was "meh". The floor around the pool was deteriorating. Little pieces of it were in the pool and were tracked up the waterslide steps, which hurt when stepped on. The water slide needed more water pumped down it. It actually hurt when we went down from friction. Over all I believe we over paid for what we got. We will not be staying there again.

Two years in a row we have found all of the staff friendly, pleasant and responsive to any needs (extra towels, fixing the coffee machine). The breakfast is great. The pool area is up for maintenance but they keep it clean.

The room was really dirty. the bathroom has hair everywhere on the floor it wasn't clean the toilets was dirty . There were blood on the carpet it was just disgusting I couldn't sleep there I couldn't let my family sleep there we checked out right away.

Overall the stay was ok. The pool was too cold for my liking but the worst part was the breakfast. They ran out of most things and only slowly brought more and some items they said they were bringing more but then said they weren’t. Unacceptable
