It was very neat and the staff very friendly. I was disappointed the hot tub was down as I looked forward to relaxing for a bit in the hot tub. The breakfast was great and the staff we encountered were great.

The property is back from the Main Street which makes it fairly quiet. It seems quiet and well maintained.

Hot tub was filled with brown water, the pool was very mercy and foggy, the bathtub faucet was super loose, it could not go warm, it was either burning hot or ice cold. Floors could have been cleaned better & it was soooooo loud ! Kids running there’s no sound barriers . Very disappointed in this stay unfortunately, which sucks because any time I travel I always choose holiday inn.

Comfortable bed, clean spacious room and nicely modern decorated. Quiet, good selection of breakfast and very pleasant stay. Good location but need a Holiday Express entrance sign to drive in because we mistakenly drove into Tim Hortons but no exit.

Hotel was old and dated, not very clean. Barking dog was annoying. Front desk had to contact owner to deal with issue. Animals should not be allowed in hotel as it should be a hotel for people, not a kennel for animals. The hotel was situated at the back of a parking lot and it felt like a hotel in a parking lot…not very appealing. Would not stay again.
