AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

The front and staff, as well as the cleaning staff were all friendly, polite, and courteous. I made a point of acknowledging this with the manager that she is doing an excellent job at training her employees simply amazing customer service.

The room itself was clean and seemed like it had been redone i loved the non carpet floors bathroom was great beds comfy. Hallways smelled Smokey even though all rooms said non smoking, it felt dirty and old in hallways. Staff was great, convenient location off highway needs bigger parking lot. Would stay here again

When i was there i noticed alot of seniors with walkers my suggestion would be that if you could repair the entrance to the motel with asphalt so that it doesnt pose a trippng hazard

Affordable location — for the sole purpose of crashing from a long drive There were stains found in the bed sheet which made my partner and I feel uncomfortable, and a loud ringing sound that went on from 3AM until we checked out. Otherwise, does it job on providing shelter for the night.

Property is older and walking through the hallway shows that but the rooms look to have been renovated in the last few years with newer flooring and other updates. Most importantly the room was clean. Staff were friendly.

I would have given this hotel a passing grade but when I went to address the following issue they lied to me. There was no hot water. They said their boiler went down at midnight only when we checked in at 7pm I couldn’t get hot water to wash my hands. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and the room was musty. I’m fairly confident their boiler issue is a regular occurrence and they’d rather not tell you and take your money than let you know. There is no way this property is an 8/10.

Great place for an overnight stay. Property could use some updating and maintenance. But it’s a good price and the room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. AC was reliable but old.
