It was very clean, and customer service was great, but hotel only ok and priced way too high for the quality. It’s an older hotel that you can tell is trying to do reno’s at a low budget. So, it has some new upgrades mixed with old hotel. The carpet is low grade with some stains and lifting. And if your room is facing water park, be prepared for loud water noise and kids yelling till late. We had to put our tv volume on highest level to drown the noise. Hotel food terrible as well. If prices were lower it’s a great clean place to stay, but if you want luxury this is not that.

Theybput us in a room on same floor and tons of kids in for a tournament. It was so loud kids running banging and yelling in hallways scared my grand daughter and she would not sleep there so ended up payong a 1 day room rental to be there for for 4 and a half hours. Took them to the pool and waterslides and the kids were going down the slide 2 or 3 at a time not waiting just about landed on me in water was horrible. Life guard told them once to slide 1 at a time they didnt listen and she never said another thing to them. It was a safely issue to any smaller children as they did not consider them while running splashing and sliding carelessly. Was a complete waste of money and was very disappointed wven people at desk during check out didnt really care that she was scared or kids were being very loud and disrespectful ruined what could have been a great time for the kids.

They room smelled of smoke from check in and when called they said because someone was barbecuing outside. I definitely know the difference between cigarette smoke and barbecue! Then found stains on the bedding and a couple dirty towels.

This place is great! Clean hotel, nice rooms, easy access on and off major roads, OK dining but the pool area, my goodness! Its a full on waterpark which my kids loved. We WILL be back in the future. A VERY big think you for providing life jackets to kids, very very few hotels will do this.

Not a bad place, slightly dated in certain spots. Cool indoor waterpark and pool for kids probly one of the top 3 of Regina. Basic check in/check out process. Would stay again for the right price. Room was clean and quiet
