It has a surface area of 84 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and you can enjoy an approximately 80 m² garden. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, and more
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a single bed (90×190) and a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 26 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A shared enclosed garden of 80 m²
The apartment is ideally located in Régny, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- 15 minutes away, Lac des Sapins, a true haven of nature, offers many activities: swimming in the largest biological pool in Europe, sailing, pedal boating, paddle boarding, fishing, walking, cycling, or horseback riding, all in an exceptional natural setting of 115 hectares
- Hiking and mountain biking in the rolling landscapes of the Haut-Beaujolais
- Visit the Château de La Roche, an iconic site in the Loire Gorges (about 40 minutes away)
- Discover the vineyards of the Côte Roannaise with tastings at the producers' premises
- Explore the charming villages and their markets, entertainment, and festive events
- Cultural activities in Roanne (30 minutes away): museums, restaurants, shopping, and theater
- Horse riding centers, tree climbing courses, and educational farms accessible in less than 30 minutes
