The price per night by Expedia inaccurate. Upon arrival, the front desk staff advised me that there was an extra $20 per night fee. When they asked about this, they said it was facilities. When specifically asked which facilities covers, I was advised that I would have one free drink and it would cover parking. Parking was average. Typical parking around the hotel. To my knowledge, the other hotels in the area did not charge for parking. Expedia, shame on you advising me on this fee. Future guests beware of this hidden, excessive unnecessary fee.

I recently stayed here and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel itself was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was ideal for both relaxation and convenience. The pool, outdoor and indoor, were wonderful and just the vibe we needed post our beach time. However, the service and staff organization left a bit to be desired. While the team was polite, there were noticeable lapses in coordination and efficiency. Restaurant service could have been a bit more organized and attentive as wait times exceeded which hindered our check out process. Nevertheless, i understand things happen and services could be lacking to multiple reasons. Overall, i would still consider staying again for the quality of the hit alone.

Nice and clean!

This was a nice and clean hotel. Only complaint is that the restaurant (like many these days) isn’t staffed enough. Also - they charge you a $40 amenity fee when you get there. Just put it in the cost of the room.

The entire experience was excellent. The staff at the front desk and at the restaurant were all awesome. The hotel is clean and quiet. Indoor and outdoor pool are clean and well maintained. Less than 20 mins from the beach and boardwalk. Also, paid washer/dryer on each floor were super convenient! Will be back!

This was our first time here and it was lovely. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities were great. If I had to critique, I would say they need much more storage/dressers in the rooms and a safe. Other than that, we had a most pleasant stay. Thanks for a great vacay!

The bartenders Rich and Barbara were most memorable. Samantha, also, was a delight.They all were enjoyably kind. Excellent customer service! The hotel is Premium. The staff that took care of the pool worked tirelessly. It is just a very aesthetically appealing hotel.
